Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We’re open Monday to Friday, 7:30am–6pm, Saturday we are open 8:00-5:00pm.

A: We’re based on Poulton industrial estate, Unit 7 Wyrefields FY6 8JX

Q: Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?
A: We do offer this service with an extra fee.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Full days are £30, Half days are £20

Dog Requirements

Q: Do dogs need to be vaccinated?
A: Yes, all dogs must be fully up to date with core vaccinations and kennel cough.

Q: Do you accept unneutered dogs?
A: Yes, we accept unneutered female dogs of any age and unneutered males up to 12 months,

Q: Can you take puppies?
A: Yes! We welcome puppies from 12 weeks old, once they've completed their vaccinations.

Behaviour & Temperament

Q: My dog can be a bit nervous—can they still attend?
A: Absolutely—we have experience with shy or anxious dogs and offer gentle introductions.

Q: What happens if my dog doesn't get along with others?
A: We assess each dog carefully and keep group sizes small. If a dog isn't suited to group care, we’ll let you know and offer alternatives.

Q: Do you offer trial days?
A: Yes! trial sessions are a must to make sure our daycare is a good fit for your dog.

Q: How do I book a space?
A: You can book on our app once your dog has attended a trial session or message us through our facebook page.

Q: How much notice do I need to give for bookings or cancellations?
A: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations when possible.

What to Bring

Q: What should my dog bring to daycare?
A: Just their collar, lead, and any food or medication they need. We provide beds, toys, and water.

Q: Do I need to bring my dog’s food?
A: Only if your dog needs to be fed during their stay or has a specific dietary requirement.

Health & Safety

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured for dog daycare services and pet care.

Q: What happens if my dog gets injured or unwell?
A: We’ll contact you immediately and seek veterinary help if needed. We always put your dog’s welfare first.
